Design and manufacture of a six wheel drive amphibious truck based on the DUKW, which is better known as duck. The DUKW was used by the Americans in the Second World War to transport goods and troops over land and water and was used for approaching and crossing beaches. The Sea Horse Project is being used by Meridian Ducks as a state of the art amphious bus and boat in one giving unique sightseeing tours in London.
Morrish Engineering has taken on the mechanical engineering design and the assisting in the manufacture of the new amphibious vehicle 'Sea Horse Project' based on the Second World War American DUKW.
Work is also continuing on the adaptation into an all terrain rescue vehicle.
